THE COTTAGES AT PORT KINSALE
Quaint little homes just right for a getaway
The Cottages at Port Kinsale are located on a pristine point over looking the Yeocomico River and the Marina and are adjacent to the Skip Jack Inn. All five cottages are within walking distance of a private sandy beach, our new pool and The Mooring Restaurant. Golf carts are available for rental on the property for your convenience. All cottages are fully equipped with dishes, sheets and towels.
Our Cottages have a two-night minimum on weekends or they can be rented by the week or month. All cottages are non-smoking units. While staying at the cottages you will have unlimited use of our boat ramp. Slips are also available for an additional fee.
Cove Side-Floor Plan
Sleeps up to 6 - A private bedroom with a queen size bed and two pull out sofas along with a loft for the kids. Wonderful for families and Mom and Dad can still have a private bedroom.

Dock Side-Floor Plan

POLICIES
Deposits and Cancellations
A Mastercard, Visa, or American Express is required when making reservations. A non-refundable $10 charge will be charged to you at the time of your reservation. This will be credited towards your final bill when you check out at the end of your stay. For Holiday weekend reservations, cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to full charges for one night’s lodging. For all other cancellations, 48 hours notice is required for you to not be charged. If you choose to reserve without a credit card, you will possibly lose your reservation.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. or later. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Smoking
To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, there is no smoking allowed inside of the Cottages. Smoking is allowed on the deck of the Cottages.
Security & Valuables
The Cottages are equipped with a deadbolt lock for your security. We ask that you keep your valuables in a safe place as we can not be responsible for loss.
Beach Towels
Beach towels are available for purchase at the Ship’s Store. We respectfully request that all bath towels and linens remain in the room during your stay.
Pets
The Cottages are “pet friendly” so that a dog or cat can accompany our guests. We require pets kept on a leash while outside. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done by their pet. An additional $50 fee applies.
