Welcome to the Devonport Cottage at Port Kinsale Marina & Resort. Here you will find over 50 scenic acres along the Yeocomico River to explore and will enjoy some of the best fishing in the area. A pool and picnic areas further ensure that you and your family will find many relaxing moments during your stay.
The Devonport Cottage is air conditioned and features two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, and private bath. Located in a wooded setting, the Devonport is within steps of The Mooring Restaurant, and our full service marina.
The Devonport Cottage is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday, for only $500. Dishes, sheets, and towels are provided. While staying at the Devonport, you will have unlimited use of our boat ramp. Slips are also available for an additional fee.

POLICIES
Deposits and Cancellations
A Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card is required when making reservations at the Devonport Cottage. Upon arrival, payment may be made by cash, check, Travelers Cheques or credit card.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to full charges for one full week's lodging
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. or later. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Smoking
To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, there is no smoking allowed inside of the Devonport Cottage. Smoking is allowed outside on the deck.
Security & Valuables
The Devonport Cottage is equipped with a deadbolt lock for your security. We ask that you keep your valuables in a safe place as we can not be responsible for loss.
Pets
The Devonport Cottage is "pet friendly" so that a dog or cat can accompany our guests. We require pets kept on a leash while outside. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done by their pet. An additional $50 fee applies.
