The Cottage is located on the banks of the Yeocomico River in a serene, private setting, yet is just steps away from the amenities of a full-service marina, restaurant and resort.

Each room of our waterfront Cottage offers spectacular views of the beautiful Yeocomico River. Fully-equipped with air conditioning and heat, the Cottage is a comfortable haven year-round.

Designed to accommodate up to six adults, the Oyster Reef Cottage features include a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a living room with a sleep sofa, a dining counter and a private bath. Roll-away beds are available. Satellite television, a telephone and a full kitchen, complete with pots, pans, flatware and a dishwasher, are provided to assure convenience and relaxation for our guests. Linens and towels are also furnished. You will find that our large deck overlooking the river is the perfect place to unwind.
As a bed and berth, the Cottage comes complete with either a free boat slip or free use of the boat ramp during the duration of your stay.

AMENITIES
During your stay, be sure to take advantage of the amenities at Port Kinsale Marina & Resort. Port Kinsale is a great place for boating, fishing and relaxation. Its facilities include a full service marina, a pier, swimming pool, and a picnic area. You may also enjoy 50 wooded acres to explore. Golf carts are also available for rent at Port Kinsale Marina & Resort's Ship's Store.
Lunch and dinner reservations may be made at The Mooring Restaurant at Port Kinsale Marina & Resort. The restaurant features seafood, steaks and scrumptious desserts all served with a sweeping view of the Yeocomico River. The restaurant is located within walking distance of The Oyster Reef Cottage.

THE OYSTER REEF COTTAGE POLICIES
Deposits and Cancellations
A Mastercard, Visa, or American Express is required when making reservations. A non-refundable $10 charge will be charged to you at the time of your reservation. This will be credited towards your final bill when you check out at the end of your stay. For Holiday weekend reservations, cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to full charges for one night’s lodging. For all other cancellations, 48 hours notice is required for you to not be charged. If you choose to reserve without a credit card, you will possibly lose your reservation.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to full charges for one night’s lodging.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. or later. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Smoking
To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, there is no smoking allowed inside of the Cottage. Smoking is allowed on the deck of the Cottage.
Security & Valuables
The Cottage is equipped with a deadbolt lock for your security. We ask that you keep your valuables in a safe place as we can not be responsible for loss.
Beach Towels
Beach towels are available for purchase at the Ship’s Store. We respectfully request that all bath towels and linens remain in the room during your stay.
Pets
The Cottage is “pet friendly” so that a dog or cat can accompany our guests. We require pets kept on a leash while outside. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done by their pet. An additional $50 fee applies.
