Westmoreland State Park
Off Rt. 3 north of Montross
Westmoreland State Park is one of the six original state parks opened in June 1936. The park was built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) on the cliffs overlooking the Potomac River.
Westmoreland Berry Farm
Rt. 637, off Rt. 3, take Rt. 634, Oak Grove
This 80 acre farm and orchard overlooking the Rappahannock River features fruits and berries, fresh produce, jams, ice cream sundaes and gifts. There is also a petting zoo. Special events are held throughout the harvest season
